The BOE of LCPS regular session on March 8, 2021, at 7:30 PM in the Loup City Commons, 800 North 8th St, Loup City, NE 68853-0628. An agenda for the mtg is available for public at the Supt's office or on district website: http://www.loupcitypublicschools.org.
March 1st- 4th our K-6 grades will be celebrating Read Across America Week!
Thank you to everyone who supported our book fair. It was a great success and so exciting to see the joy children showed when searching and choosing books!

The book fair starts next week, February 22 - 25! The books are set up, the volunteers are ready to work...now all we need are some readers to check out the awesome book selections. You'll love the wide variety of titles! The book fair will be located in the library confernce room and is open to anyone. Books make great gifts for children and grandchildren!

Reminder there is No School today as we host LouPlatte Conference Speech Tournament.
K-6 students, Keep Collecting Coins for the All For Books program. Bring your coins to school this week Thursday and Friday. All money donated will be used to purchase books for classroom libraries. Our Scholastic Book Fair will be February 22 - 25. We hope to see you there!
The ALC vs Centura JV/Varsity Boys Basketball games have been rescheduled for Thursday Feb. 18th at Loup City. JV at 5:45pm, Varsity at 7:15pm.
Rebel fans, the JHBBB game scheduled for today is postponed. More information to be announced later.
Unfortunately Loup City Public Schools will be closed on Tuesday, February 16th due to dangerously low temps and wind chill.

Attention Rebel Fans:
Update for fans traveling to district wrestling tomorrow. Valentine has changed the attendance protocol to the first 750 fans to enter the building. There is no longer a limit per wrestler. The doors will not open until 9:45 am. Wrestling starts at 11. For those that are unable to attend you can watch the matches at the following link:
