FBLA Leadership Conference

The Loup City FBLA Chapter traveled to Denver to attend the National Leadership Conference in November. Mrs. Kapustka, Tatum Kapustka, Hailey Jorgensen, Chloe Carkoski, and Paige Stanczyk attended the leadership conference. The young ladies attended workshops on leadership, communication, mentorship, and the importance of service.  Mrs. Kapustka met with other advisors, attended meetings, and learned about other opportunities for the FBLA chapter. There were over 1,600 members from  26 states who were in attendance. Loup City traveled with Broken Bow, Twin Loup, and Kearney FBLA members. We also had the opportunity to tour to Coors Field and learn all about the Rockies Franchise. Our girls competed  in the Goose Chase (a business scavenger hunt) and placed 9th out of 1,600 chapters.  They were also able to meet other teens from across the United States who love business, and have a passion for service. It was a great opportunity for the Loup City FBLA chapter. The girls were extremely grateful for the opportunity to learn about the world of business!
