We are thrilled to have completed our first full week of school! It has been wonderful to see our students settling into the rhythms and routines of the school day. As they reconnect with friends, engage in learning, and practice healthy school routines, we are seeing students thrive. These everyday successes are opportunities to find your joy—and each small step forward helps us live out our district motto, “Empowering Continual Success.”

📸 School Pictures — Wednesday, August 26

School pictures are scheduled for next Wednesday, August 26, beginning at 8:00 a.m. Pictures will be taken by Danielle Treffer Photography.

Ordering information was sent home with students this week and has also been shared on the school district’s social media page. For your convenience, a QR code is included on this notice to make accessing ordering information quick and easy.

We hope picture day is another opportunity for students to find their joy—smile, celebrate who they are, and capture a special moment from the beginning of another year of learning and growth. Every positive experience helps us continue Empowering Continual Success for every student.

🔎 Lost and Found — Friday, August 28

With next week being the last week of the month, our Lost and Found will be cleared on Friday, August 28.

Please take a moment to speak with your child about checking the Lost and Found and retrieving any belongings that may have been misplaced. We will also remind students during Morning Meeting to take a look and see if they recognize anything that belongs to them.

Finding a missing sweatshirt, water bottle, lunch container, or other treasured item can certainly bring a little joy! Helping students take responsibility for their belongings also builds independence and supports our commitment to Empowering Continual Success.

Please complete the survey at the end of this notice so we know your child's normal dismissal routine. Accurate information helps us create a safe, smooth dismissal process and allows our students to end each day with confidence and joy.
