Dear Parents and Guardians,
A Groovy Thanks to Our Community Partners!
We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Loup City Area Chamber for coordinating and inviting our Loup City Elementary students to take part in the downtown Halloween Parade! Our students truly found their groove as they celebrated with community businesses—smiling, laughing, and enjoying the fun of the season together. Experiences like these remind us how strong partnerships empower continual success for our children, connecting classroom learning to community spirit in meaningful ways.
We’re Back on Track—The Road in Front of the School Is Open!
We’re excited to announce that the road in front of Loup City Elementary is officially open once again! Thank you for your patience and flexibility throughout the construction process. Now that we’ve found our groove in daily routines, we want to ensure everyone continues moving safely and smoothly:
Morning Drop-Off: All students—whether arriving by bus, parent/guardian vehicle, walking, or biking—should enter through the front entrance of the school. (The doors near the playground will remain locked as they were before construction.)
Afternoon Pick-Up: Students being picked up by parents or guardians at dismissal will continue to meet in the back section of the building near the playground. Please park along the east section of the road directly adjacent to the playground.
Your continued cooperation helps keep our arrival and dismissal procedures running safely and efficiently. Together, we’re empowering continual success by maintaining a steady rhythm in our school day—one that keeps every student safe, supported, and ready to learn.
