Hello Parents of Loup City Elementary Students for 2019-2020,
Summer School is starting soon.  We are informing all parents with elementary students of this free service provided to our elementary students.  We are inviting your student to attend summer school.   We believe all students can benefit from our summer school program.  This is, however, completely voluntary.  You can choose to come every day or any days you choose.  Obviously, we believe the best results will be obtained by attending each day of each session.  Which includes activities, games, recess time and time spent on reading comprehension and fluency practice, Language Arts skills, concepts and practice, and Mathematics concepts, processing skills and facts practice.

Summer School Dates and Times:  The first week is June 10 Through June 14.  Summer School hours are 8:30 to 11:30 am each day.
There will be a second week of summer school for elementary students on July 15 - 19 to run at the same times.

If you would like, your student can come to the High School at 8:00 am for breakfast before heading to summer school.  We will have staff at the High School available to walk with the students to the K-2 building for the services.Students will be walked back to the High School at 11:30 for lunch and can be picked up at 12:00 pm.  If you want to forego the meal services, students can be dropped off at the K-2 building at 8:30 and picked up at 11:30.

On the weeks there is summer school, the Summer After School Program will be in operation from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm daily.

If you have any questions about summer school or anything else going on at school please do not hesitate to contact the school.
